Home Medicine Review (HMR
)
The HMR (also known as DMMR - Domiciliary Medication Management Review) is a consumer-focused, structured and collaborative health care service provided in the community setting, to optimise quality use of medicines and consumer understanding.
It involves the consumer, their general practitioner, their pharmacy, and other relevant members of the health care team.

The GPA South Gippsland Immunisation Program supports General Practitioners and Practice Nurses providing the current Immunisation schedule to children and adults in the General Practice setting. Most vaccines are funded by the National Immunisation Program, however some are recommended but not funded.
